I had a meeting with Mark Steffler this morning which wasn’t bad, but really didn’t accomplish anything that we both didn’t already know. He is going to talk with Mr. Anthony about it and see if they have the funds, etc. Nathaniel came down this morning with his little brother. We worked on getting the rest of the sodas down below, which we did. We also tried to clean up a little bit more, but it just wasn’t possible. We realized that no matter what we did, we still don’t have a place to put it. We basically need to wait until we have cabinets to put the stuff in. Oh well.

On Friday, Debbie and I decided to leave for Tucson, Arizona to see if we liked the city and if it would be possible for Debbie to move there. We were only there for about 30 hours, but we saw a good portion of the city. It is huge. We went around and spent a lot of time looking at houses. You can get a good size house 4 bedrooms for under $100,000. It is warm out there, but I think that it would be tolerable and one would get use to it eventually. Electricity seems to be cheaper there which allows you to run the air conditioner a whole lot more, which is required. It was an interesting weekend.

I’ve got a meeting with Mark Steffler tomorrow morning regarding employment for my computer work there. Hopefully all will go well. Steffler seems like a nice guy. See ya.

We finally got the candy machine today, but they didn’t bring a cage with it. I called them and told them that I needed one ASAP, so hopefully they can get moving on that cage right away and we can get one soon. Because the machine is in the pool area, which is either locked up or supervised I would hope that it should be ok.

Tom had a presentation at the PC Users Group tonight that went pretty well. Afterwards, Nathaniel and I went out to Carl’s and then I took him home. As I was coming home, I noticed that my temperature light was dimly coming on at certain times when the car was at some certain RPM’s in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears. I hope that everything is ok with it.

Today was just another normal day. Nothing interesting happened. Rowena came down this evening to spend some time with Susan. Other than that I can’t think of anything. My horoscope today said “You’re not just in love — it looks like you’re in love with somebody who’s in love with you back. If you don’t have somebody like that yet, go to where you’re most likely to find one. This could be the moment you’ve both been waiting for.” …

Well we completely finished the pool yesterday. It’s been fun, but the water is still pretty cold. I would really like it if it was warmer. This morning I went down to the high school and had fun with the machines. I also got myself hooked up with a key to the ASB trailer and a staff parking permit. Not much else is new.

Well the pool is almost completely ready, but that hasn’t stopped us from swimming in it. I was swimming in it when it only had 5” of water it in. I couldn’t exactly swim, but I tried anyway. Tomorrow we have to hook up the filter and then check the pH and the chlorene levels and then we should basically be good to go.

I spent the morning at the high school again today … This afternoon I decided that it was time to write a letter to Mr. Anthony regarding my employment in the Fallbrook High School District. I requested from him that I be paid for my website development and computer consulting. I just realized that I forgot to include anything about the marquee, but that’s ok. I’d be happy just get paid for something more than what I do around that school. I hope that he at leasts considers it and maybe he will ask me to come up to the district and talk with him about everything that I would really like to get paid for and more of what it is I do. I think that he will consider it, but I don’t know if he would pay me. He should, he has no reason why not to. Oh well.

I got a letter from Chris today that really toched my heart and I would like to include it in today’s entry:
Remember what I told you. Your smarter than most, that gives you an
advantage over outers. Don’t single yourself out, share what you have
learned with the outer kids in TV. Yeah you get a kid that can be a real
pain in the ass but try to work with them. Now that were gone it’s up to
you to set the standard for TV and all technical functions that happen
at FHS. You have become a leader like it or not, and leaders must learn
to work with people. Don’t single yourself out so much. Learn to have
fun and be creative. Just be careful how bossy you act to the kids. I
never did it for the money or publicity, I always did it for the
students, the kids…….

It really touched my heart a lot and made me feel really good. I would like to be more like Chris. Everyone loved him. Not that people don’t like me, but more people seemed to like him. He was more crazy and more willing to do things. I don’t know. I would really like to get to know so many people much better and have fun more often. I unfourtunately spend most of my time doing things for other people, not with them. I don’t dislike my life, I just think that it has a lot of room for improvement. That’s going to be my goal for next year. I have nothing stopping me now. I can drive wherever I want to and have so many other things going for me. I have no reasons not to go for it. I just need to stay motivated and I really want to.

This morning I went down to the high school and stocked machines and dealt with other things at the high school. When I got home I watched some TV and then worked on the iras explanatory supplement. I went over to Wendy’s house to look for her pager for her, but was unable to find it. I came home watched some more TV and then worked some more. After a while I just plain got bored of doing that so just went and surfed the Internet. …

Friday: Dropped CD off at Aimee’s

Saturday: Went shopping at Wal-mart Bought memory for my computer, had it shipped
to the house, not very impressed by the store in general. Picked up my car from Freemont & Purdon. They were able to fix the window, but not the windshield wiper fluid thingey. That’s fine. I was getting along just fine without it. It was very weird driving home with the passenger window down.

I’m ready to go home, because it seems to be pretty boring around here, but think that I will stick around until Monday morning just to please Susan. Hopefully Debbie and I will be able to find something to do tomorrow. I really miss everyone in Fallbrook and eveyone needing me constantly. I really like my life being determined by others. It gives me a wonderful chance to spend time with others I love. Like Tina, and Aimee, and Amy and Domi and the rest of them. I love you all and miss you.

Aimee called me this morning trying to find out about having me make a CD for her. She wanted to give the stuff to me sometime today so that I could get started on it. I was going to pick it up from her at her house this afternoon, but we lost contact and it didn’t happen. She’s going to bring it by the high school tomorrow while I’m there. …

This evening I tried to make gingerbread cookies, but was only able to make nine because I ended up eating the raw batter. It tasted really good at first, but I had just eaten so I couldn’t finish eating the whole thing. It gave me a big headache because of all the sugar that I had put in it. Oh well, live a little on that fun side. I wish!

This morning I washed Tom’s and my car and then went down to the high school. I went there to change the marquee, but found a locked fence awaiting me by the marquee. It somewhat annoyed me because I had never seen it closed before and I could not easily get in to change the marquee. On Monday I need to track down a key to that gate. I then went to Major Market where the cheerleaders were selling hot dogs and rootbeer floats. I went down and bought a rootbeer float from Amy Larsen. … We talked for a little while, but not for too long, she seemed really tired and like she really didn’t want to be there. I was really happy to see her there. …

Tonight we did a big fireworks display with Phila and Charlie. I ate a lot of the ice cream that Tom made. Homemade ice cream is so good. Adios!
