Today was an interesting day, especially this afternoon. After school I ran into Domi in the ASB office who was getting tissue paper for float. Domi has decided that she is going to take over because no one else is doing anything. I’m glad that she is. … I began in just taking her to the front of the school to drop her off and the tissue paper. However, Marissa Williams never showed up to pick her up so I offered to take her to float. I then ended up taking her to the printing shop where the cut the paper for us. I then took her back to the high school to get her backpack and then took her home. We also stopped at Marissa’s house to see where she was and tell her the plans for tomorrow. I really enjoyed driving Domi around a lot. …

After I finished driving Domi around for an hour and a half I went back to the high school were Nathaniel and Ryan were just about to leave. Ryan left and Nathaniel and I walked around the high school for a while and then went to sophomore float and then freshmen float. We then went to Ryan’s house and after that back to sophomore float where I videotaped the girls. I came home and did my homework and then watched Dawson’s Creek and the new program Felicity. …

Today was not a bad today. All of the classes today were only 33 minutes long because we had our nice half-day schedule. It is kind of nice to just run through all the classes so quickly. I got to talk with Amy for a nice long time today. As we were walking up to the 140’s we were talking and Brian Barseness walked up behind us talking with someone else. He said to me, “She’s already taken SC.” … Katie Rienke wants me to ask Domi to homecoming. … Getting out of school at 11:20 was really nice because of all the time it gave me this afternoon to do so many things. I wrote a letter to Steffler demanding a key to the TV studio, ASB office, gym and cafeteria. Hopefully he will grant my request.

Today wasn’t particularly a bad or a good day. Apparently on Friday afternoon Chyrl decided she wanted to see how good the wall is right after you enter the ASB office. She drove the golf cart through the wall because she was talking with a parent while driving. … Katie Rienke asked me who I was going to ask to homecoming. She asked it if was someone who’s name started with a D and ended with an “ique.” … Tomorrow is a half-day that I’m really looking forward to. I really hope that I can come home at a decent hour and get some stuff done for myself. I hope that we don’t start working on the video tomorrow. I’m also hoping that at some point I can get my keys to the studio and the rest of the school so that my life will be a whole lot easier. I want to write a letter to Steffler tomorrow. Amy said that she spent Sunday at Nicole Grondin’s house. I told her that I knew where that was and she said that she did also. I said no, I can look outside my bedroom window and see her house. Then Amy understood. I guess Amy didn’t know that I lived here. Nicole’s a pretty nice girl too. I wouldn’t mind getting to know her better. Hopefully I can through The League this year. I really hope to make more friends and get out more. I’m kind-of tired of my current life.

I didn’t get much done today. This morning I washed my car and Tom’s car. This afternoon Wendy and I hung out. We went to the Starbucks in Oceanside to get Wendy some coffee. It wasn’t bad. On the way there we stopped by Tina’s house, but she wasn’t there. Wendy and I ended up talking with Debbie for a little while before we left for Oceanside. Amy didn’t call me today. I was really hoping that she would. I’m considering ditching my alpha pager and going for a cell phone. Maybe I can just ditch alpha, stick with numerical and get a cell phone of lesser value. I want to go to sleep now.

Well, I ended up taking my car down and didn’t drive any one back. Wendy came for the varsity game so I left during the second quarter. I was going to give Amy a ride home last night, but one of her parents showed up and was going to give her a ride, so I felt that I didn’t really have a great reason to stay. … I watched Speed tonight …

This morning about 20 members of ASB took off for a leadership conference in Del Mar. I think I might go to the next one, depending on who else goes. Kristen Brandt went along with Lindsey Meriwether and a couple of other people. Nathaniel went in my place. I just didn’t want to miss the classes involved in going to the conference. … After school today was the freshmen football game at which I ran concessions. I think that TV didn’t do that bad. It was slow at first, but by half-time it had really picked up a lot. I would like to see how much money we made off of that and would like to work something out with the football boosters so that we can both do concessions. Oh well, I’m going to get a lot of sleep because I’ve got a really long day ahead of me tomorrow. I’m considering riding the cheer bus down there so that I don’t have to drive that far. I don’t know what I’m going to do. I have to work it all out tomorrow.

Last night was the float meeting and I had a ton of homework. I was so tired this morning and this evening because I was up so late trying to get as much homework done as possible. I still didn’t get it all done. Today wasn’t all that bad. I didn’t get hardly any homework at all from my teachers today. Mr. Raymond gave us a nice break today without any homework. I was really happy. I got instructions to Kristen Brandt’s house today. They are holding Sophomore float there. I may end up going there a lot. The juniors still haven’t decided where to do it. The seniors are doing float at Amber Costello’s house. Yesterday Amy asked me if I could cut music for her next week. For some reason I can’t wait for her to come over and cut music. … Tomorrow is the freshmen football game at which ITV is going to run concessions too. I can’t think of much else worth really commenting about.

… Katie Reinke is in my 3rd period TA class now. Today we got some of the tissue paper out of the bin. She asked me about who I had a crush on at FHS. I didn’t answer her and she started giving out names. She said Tina Sargent and all I could say was that she was “one of a kind.” Then she said Domi. I said that was written all over my face. … I’m going to the League meeting tomorrow at lunch. … I can’t think of much else.

I didn’t do much today. I blew around the house this morning and then worked on adjusting my car alarm. I also found out that I am supposed to have a valet switch. I couldn’t find it anywhere. I called up Best Buy and they seemed to think that all I should have to do is put my head on the floor and look up. I still couldn’t find it and actually followed all the wires back to the main unit and couldn’t find where it would be plugged in. I think that the guy just forgot to plug it in or something.

… Can’t think of much else.

The day is pretty boring and tiring when you do absolutely nothing all day long. I didn’t get out of bed until about 12:30. It really felt good to sleep that long. …

Yesterday in English class Mr. Raymond was talking about what things were done in the past versus what is done today. …

This afternoon/early-evening I went to Wal*Mart to do some shopping. I ended up spending something like $120 there. I didn’t buy the major things that I went there to buy, but I bought all the additional things I thought of except for “I Will Remember You” because I couldn’t find it. I was able to find it tonight on the web and ordered it. When I got back from Wal*Mart I worked on cleaning up my room which is pretty much clean now. It just needs a little bit of touch up now, but it is much better than it was. I took the card table out and the room looks a whole lot bigger now.

Well, I think I’m going to go to bed now …

Today was an interesting day. I was really glad that we didn’t have a pep rally today. Our little class comp activity at lunch today was very funny and good. I like it a lot. It was Simon says. It got very interesting. At the football game tonight Nathaniel and I mainly did concessions and sound again. It’s much more fun working with the cheerleaders than videotaping. I really don’t enjoy videotaping football at all. Believe it or not we actually won both games I believe. The visiting team brought in a scissors lift to videotape the game from. That was interesting. After the football game Wendy, Kieley, her sister, Nathaniel and I went to Denny’s. There we ran into Nina Ropes, Kami Staley and Jessica Friel. Before they left they came over to our table and said hi. … It’s really late now and I need to get to sleep.

Sharice Jones and Kelly Rochefort came over to my house this afternoon after cheer practice to cut music. Before that Nathaniel and I went shopping at Ace. It was fun. We probably spent about $200 on stuff that we of course really didn’t need. We bought lots of tape, but also bought lots of other stuff that I don’t know why I bought. It is all useful, but wasn’t necessary. I went to all of my classes today. Can’t think of much else except that I’m tired.

This morning … disabled user profiles on Norma’s computer making so that the default user (the only user) has no access privileges. He really screwed the computer up royally. I can’t figure out how to get past it. Oh Well. I’m glad that I wasn’t directly responsible for it. This morning we also had frosh election speeches to tape which we all completely forgot about. We also found out that we can’t have our Friday pep rally in the gym because of construction. We have to have it elsewhere. We aren’t sure where yet. At lunch today I talked with Nina and she thought it was a terrible thing to do. I don’t understand why she can always have so much energy. She is always so happy. I wish I could be more like her.

I didn’t do much today. I blew around the house this morning and vacuumed. Matthew and I also went swimming. I only watched about 2 hours of TV today. I worked on my homework and even called Amy to find out what our homework was Friday night in PreCalc. … Nathaniel also came over so that we could try to fix his computer. We ended up reformatting the hard-drive. Can’t think of too much else that I did today. … I get to stock vending machines at 6:00 tomorrow morning.

Today was my rest day. I have finally been able to take a little bit of a break from my continuous non-stop life at FHS. I was at the high school from 5:45 yesterday until around 11:15. I had fun at the pep rally, but it was very stressful. At the football game neither Nathaniel nor I videotaped, we just hung out in the golf cart mainly. We spent a lot of time doing concessions things and lots of other things that we shouldn’t have been doing, but we did it anyway. I always have more fun doing that than videotaping, but I get paid for the videotaping. I would actually be happy if I could just hang out on the field with the cheerleaders the entire game, especially Amy. … I am going to call her up tomorrow and ask her about the math homework. I thought about calling her today, but didn’t get around to it. … I’m tired. I hope that my sheets are dry because I want to go to sleep.
