Spent most of the day editing with Amber and Aimee. I think there were 24 edits. Nathaniel and I couldn’t find anyone tonight to do anything with. Everyone disappeared. I’ve got lots of work to do tomorrow too. I’ve got tons of chores to do, finals are coming up, we have a dance on Friday which I must DJ and I need lots of money. I mean lots.

Pep rally this morning. Went to the basketball game at El Camino to see Ghelber. After the game, dragged him to Denny’s for Tina’s going away party. It was OK. Amelia and Ghelber were talking forever. Karrah is a weird one. I’m so tired it’s not funny. Got a long weekend in front of me – very busy.

Got things cleared up with Amelia. My dad did a good job. Made tickets for Aimee’s Hope Charity Ball. Convinced Jena to come to Denny’s with us tomorrow morning. Got a good crowd going now. Put Winter Formal pictures on my website, now through Angel Fire, a free web hosting service. Didn’t do any homework at all today. Oh well, I needed my day off. I go sleep now. Denny’s tomorrow morning.

Gotta go fast here: not sure if the girls got the flowers yet. Got in a fight with Amelia’s brother regarding his CD player and the CD I made for Amelia. Hopefully my dad was able to straighten everything out. We will talk tomorrow. I feel really bad about it. Got in trouble for leaving History for the Nurse and not going there. Gotta go, bye.

Last night was Winter Formal. It wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t particularly good either. Tina, Nathaniel, Wendy and I went to dinner at Oscar’s in Temecula. We then rushed down to the dance so we could be “on-time.” I was pretty busy most of the night. I only got to dance with Wendy which wasn’t bad, but I was really hoping to dance with Aimee, Amy, Jena and at least Amelia. Unfortunately, it just didn’t happen. I tried to get a picture taken with Jena, but every time I tried she wouldn’t come with me. I almost got her up there near the end of the dance, but she realized half way up the stairs what I was going to do with her. … I was then going to ask her to the last dance, but Wendy had me taking pictures. Then I chased Jena around the Grand Tradition until the Military Police got to us. She is going to take pictures with me at Sadie’s. I didn’t really get to see Amelia at the dance. I only saw her once, but before I could get to her she left. … Aimee won queen, … I was so happy that she had won. I ordered her a dozen red roses in a fancy vase to be delivered to her today, but she didn’t get them. They said she might not get them. She should definitely get them tomorrow.

After the dance Wendy, Nathaniel and I went to Denny’s as usual. A while after we had gotten there Bob and Debbie Sargent (Mom & Dad) showed up. I ordered flowers for Jena and Amelia. Half a dozen yellow or red roses boxed for each of them. Yellow for friendship, but if they didn’t have them – classic red.

Today I didn’t do much. After I got up and got going I took Antonio home and then stopped by Jena’s for a while. It wasn’t all that much fun, but it was interesting. … Her mom was really mad at her because she got home a three o’clock this morning. She didn’t really care and she let her mom know that. She had her mom talking to the bushes outside her house for a while. I made a CD of the pictures from the dance last night for Aimee and took it to her this evening and drove by Amelia’s. I called her afterwards and told her that I had just driven by. She was eating dinner. Need to go to sleep now. …

Well, I asked her today. … Aimee asked if I could give her a ride home (without asking that is) and I offered to give her one. She figured out that I was going right down the street to Amelia’s anyways. When I showed up at Amelia’s, Brianna was there along with Amelia. I paused for a long time talking about lots of other things until after Jena showed up when I pulled the rose from behind my back and asked her. She said that she already had plans with her friends that night. I am completely alright with that. I just didn’t want her to feel lonely. I hope that she will save me a dance. The rest of the day was pretty boring. This evening Nathaniel and I went down to JC Penny’s to pick up my suit and walked around the mall. Then we came back to our respective houses and then later went to Denny’s. Wendy and Tina are going to Vegas tomorrow. Nathaniel and I were supposed to go with them, but I don’t feel comfortable pushing ourselfs to the limits by coming back the same day that we go out there. I hope that they both do OK. …

This weekend has been pretty packed. I can’t think of any relaxation time that I normally have. I didn’t enjoy it very much. I had too much work to do and still have my History project to finish, but I think I’ve go t the report mostly done and will have Mr. Barr look it over tomorrow in class. Today Amy and Suzanne Jenkins came over and we edited music for dance performance. It took almost two hours. At first Amy forgot the CD so she had to go back and get it. Then she wanted to mix two songs together. It was quite hard, but I had fun and it was a good learning experience. After that Tom and I went down to JC Penny’s to buy me a new suit for winter formal. I have to go back down and pick it up on Wednesday afternoon. Well, I guess that I should go to bed now even though I’m not really all that completely tired. I really want to talk with Amelia, but she wasn’t home when I called her yesterday. I didn’t try today because I was too busy, and I think that it is too late now. Oh well. Maybe I can talk with her tomorrow. …

I was going to go to Denny’s this evening, but my dad wouldn’t let me go. He said that I could go and pick some stuff up and come back, but he wouldn’t let me eat there. This morning I was able to drag Wendy, Tina, Nathaniel, Aimee and Amy to Denny’s with me. We all met there around 5:45. We stayed until after 6:45. It was very interesting. I like that bunch a lot. Amy forgot her skirt at home, but didn’t realize it until after we got back to the school. I was going to go pick it up for her, but after our incredibly hard math test I reminded her that it was Wednesday and she had to go to Maie Ellis. She picked up her own skirt. I got to go to the orthodontist during 4th period, lunch and 5th period. That was fun! My mouth wasn’t sore at all until this afternoon when I tried to eat some garlic bread. I discovered that my mouth didn’t like hard things again. It is really weird not having something on the top of my mouth. The first basketball game of the season was tonight and I heard that we lost. Oh well. I stuck around until some point in the JV game where I decided that I needed to get some homework done so I headed home. I then came back to play music for the varsity cheerleaders. I forgot to bring the trim up when I first started which was a little weird so we had to re-start. I had tapes. I want CDs!!! This evening after doing my English homework I worked on the Airband stuff. I have it all finished now. We can start handing out packets to the school Friday or Monday.

Today wasn’t nearly as bad as I was expecting it to be. Mrs. Griener was having a blast today in her new room. She spent all of last week in there decorating it and it is obvious. She just looked so happy to be in her own room it was amazing. I found out that my US History project isn’t actually due until next Wednesday so I have lots of time to finish it now. I chatted with Aimee on AIM this afternoon after I got home which was kind of nice. I enjoyed chatting with her. … I convinced her to come to Denny’s on Wednesday morning with Wendy, Tina and I. …

As I was looking back on the year one thing I noticed that I really missed was incomplete journal entries. Today I worked on my US History project after having Tom look over my Math project. Then Aimee, Tina, Nathaniel and I went to Denny’s. Didn’t do too much else today. Not really ready to go back to school, but I guess I don’t have a choice.
