… I spent most of the morning trying to get iSync to work without all that much work. I kind of think it’s working now between my palm, my desktop and .mac, but I just changed some things in my palm and they didn’t change on my calendar on my desktop, so I’m not really sure what to think. …

… I did something else really bad today. In between weddings I went down to the Apple store and purchased a new powerbook. I got the “better” model a 800 mhz G4, 40 gb hard drive. I had to use three credit cards to pay for it because I didn’t have enough open on any one of them. Isn’t that really sad? Well, I’m really tired and haven’t figured out yet what I’m doing in the morning so I’m going to head towards bed and hopefully I’ll have better luck … tomorrow. …

… I went to my phil 115 class and then drove back to Fallbrook for the pep rally … and then went back to Palomar for my math class. I can’t get these ideas of going to UOP … out of my mind. …

I’m going to make this quick because I’m really tired and could really use the sleep. Not much happened today. School and the norm except that I ditched my anatomy class this afternoon to come home and practically do nothing. We had a test that I knew I wasn’t prepared for and we’re allowed to miss one, but we can’t drop our lowest score, so it seemed like this was the one to miss. I’m sure I’ll regret it later, but I just wasn’t there. … “How do I live without you, how do I ever, ever survive?”… OK, too tired to say anything more …

We did homecoming court nominations today at school. … I also missed the field hockey game today because I had so much homework. I still haven’t gotten all my homework done. I still have two sections of math homework and about six chapters to read for anatomy before the test tomorrow, but I just hope that everything goes well. Actually, that would be a second request. …

Not much to add today. Spent the morning being lazy watching tv and movies. Then did some homework and then went back to being lazy by watching/sleeping through another movie before going to work at GT. …

I ended up staying late at this wedding again. They had me stay to help serve and then I ate dinner and then it was 9:30 before I got out of there after getting the picture printing started. I really don’t mind too much because I can use the extra money, especially with my recent purchases and the slow season coming. Well, seeing that it’s 10:30, I think I should be heading towards sleeping since we’re going running at 5:30 which means I have to be up at 4:45! … Good night.

OK, I’m really tired so I’m going to try to make this fast. I didn’t get to see Audrey or talk to her all day today and I’ve been pretty depressed all day because of it. I got this crazy idea to leave a note on her car (while she was at the field hockey tournament; she had to be at school at 5). While I was driving to GT this morning I stopped by the school and left a note on her car. Nothing too big, just something to the effect of: I was driving by, saw your car, thought about how we’d miss you today, good luck, and give me a call later to let me know how the game went. Well, I left her my Nextel number and my home voice mail and as far as I can tell she hasn’t called either. …

Other than the Audrey events for the day I can’t think of anything else interesting that’s happened. I had two meals at GT and spent most of the day there, but other than that didn’t do anything really at all. OK, sweet dreams now.

Wow, it’s a lot harder to come up with stuff to say when it’s only been 24 hours… I got to see Audrey today at the wedding, but we never really got to talk. … She didn’t want to talk at all about the game from Thursday, and said she didn’t want a CD … Audrey won’t be working any more this weekend which means that I won’t get to see her until Tuesday at the earliest, if I was to decide to go shoot that game too.

I stayed after the wedding tonight and talked with Carolyn about her new digital camera. She was having some problems with it over-exposing the pictures. I played around with it a little and maybe helped her make them better, but I guess we’ll have to see when I see her again tomorrow night. I unfortunately can’t think of anything else to say … so I guess I’m just going to go to sleep!

OK, I’ve decided that it’s time for me to start trying to do this again… I know it’s been a long time, but I think it will help me to collect my thoughts at the end of the day and hopefully will relieve some stress or something… I don’t know…

Well, what’s new? I’m no longer working at the church, but they continue to bother me with little stuff… Like today, Doug called to ask if I’d come replace the speaker cable in the Wilson Center. Mike also called to ask about a square head screwdriver. The other day they were calling about other problems that they had… They just can’t leave me alone..

Chris and I “started” a business a while back… CBC Technical Services. Just trying a way to make some more money and whatever… I still don’t really know what were doing, but we do seem to be making a little bit of money, both personally and for the company. We’re going through all the stuff, payroll, EIN, taxes, etc. It’s all sorts of fun.

Still working at Grand Tradition. … they’ve added the responsibility of “calling” the show (doing sound cues, etc.) and I’ve been thinking about asking for a rise to cover that extra responsibility. I’ve also just recently started taking pictures at the wedding and we’ve been printing them out for the bride and groom so they have their first picture that day (something that Scott McDougal used to do, but couldn’t seem to do all the time).

I recently (last week) bought a new digital camera. I actually first bought a Nikon Coolpix 5000, but then came across the 5700 which has a better zoom lens on it (8x instead of 3x). So I ended up paying a 15% restock fee to Best Buy to return the camera and bought the new one from a place in Oceanside. I’ve decided that Best Buy isn’t all that great of a place because I tried to get them to give me a smaller restock fee, or give me store credit, but they just flat out refused. I had everything in that camera looking just like new, but oh well… It will end up being their loss and hopefully be good for me eventually… (Maybe I’ll stop buying so compulsively!)

Knowing that Audrey played Field Hockey and having this new digital camera, I decided that I needed a good time to test it out where I could get some pictures of her. … So I got together with Taugher and went to the game at Vista and took a bunch of digital pictures (240 or so) and then another 4 rolls of 35mm film. …

Audrey has actually inspired some interesting changes in my life. Probably the most interesting would be that I’m eating salad. I’m not sure why or any of the details … It actually is pretty good and is growing on me. I’ve ordered salads the past couple days for lunch (or as part of it). Another thing she’s inspired is me to get into shape. I’ve been running or doing something every morning, even though it involves getting up at 4:30 and going outside when its still almost pitch black! A third thing that she’s indirectly responsible for is me wanting to be “right” with God. …

~ Love is patient, Love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast. It is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tounges, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. (OK, so I had to cheat and look at my bible after a bit, but I had the general idea… 1 Corinthians 13:4-8)

Well, as much as I would like to stay up all night … I really have to get going to sleep because I want to try to get rid of this cold and I have to be up at 4:30 and it’s 9:47 now! I hope this continues to work out and I hope that God continues to be good … Talk to you tomorrow.
